Mt. Elliott Makerspace is a neighborhood workshop in Detroit where people learn and make together. We’re growing a network of visionary makers with the skills and determination to create happier and more meaningful lives.
We encourage investigation, collaboration and skill sharing. We think it’s most important to facilitate self-directed experiences, promote health, and create positive environments with our local families and youth. Through these everyday exchanges, we build relationships among Detroit makers that grow alongside and connect with the global maker movement.
